Technical Consultant – Budgeting and Feasibility Assessment
Montréal’s first stone bridge, the pont Franchère, was brought back to life through an installation by filmmaker Philippe Baylaucq and producer Jean-Marie Comeau, created in collaboration with the National Film Board of Canada (NFB) and Pointe-à-Callière, Montréal Archaeology and History Complex, as part of Montréal’s 375th anniversary celebrations in 2017.
Through holographic video projection, a miniature reconstruction of the bridge comes to life, recreating the rhythm and activity of a day in 19th-century Montréal.
Creos was commissioned to provide specialized technical consulting services to support project budgeting and assess the technical feasibility of the installation.
