Mi Casa, Your Casa - Lynn Wyatt Square
Lynn Wyatt Square
Lynn Wyatt Square for the Performing Arts is a vibrant new cultural destination and landmark in Houston’s downtown Theater District.
Creos and Init were commissioned to fabricate and deliver a custom version of Mi Casa, Your Casa, reimagined to reflect the park’s visual identity. Developed in close collaboration with the local multidisciplinary project team, the installation was carefully adapted to meet the client’s vision while becoming one of the signature features of this dynamic public space.
Originally red, the structures were transformed into the park’s distinctive yellow palette. The installation was also engineered for permanent integration and long-term durability in Texas’ demanding climate.

LAPS - Hamilton, Bermuda
LAPS: Pink Sand
Inspired by Bermuda’s iconic pink sand beaches, LAPS: Pink Sand reimagines the internationally acclaimed LAPS hourglass sculpture with vibrant pink spheres that connect the artwork to its local context.
Already presented in major cities around the world, the installation was customized to celebrate Bermuda’s unique identity while reinforcing Hamilton’s reputation as a vibrant public destination with an internationally recognized work of art.
Created to foster an inclusive and dynamic cultural gathering place, LAPS: Pink Sand combines a monochrome 2D sketch aesthetic with industrial-inspired design, inviting visitors to pause, interact, and reconnect in the heart of the city.

Protech - Signature Landmark
Protech
As part of its people-first culture and commitment to employee development, Protech created a coaching program dedicated to helping employees achieve their personal dreams.
To celebrate this commitment, Init was commissioned to design, fabricate, and install a permanent signature landmark at the company’s headquarters. Crafted entirely from warm, timeless Corten steel, the structure subtly incorporates the Protech logo around the inspiring message:
“Everything begins with a dream. It’s yours to make it grow.”
An integrated digital counter displays, in real time, the number of employee dreams achieved, while architectural lighting highlights the installation day and night.
Custom-engineered for exceptional durability in Quebec’s climate, the sculpture stands as a lasting symbol of pride, growth, and well-being within Protech’s corporate environment.
Mi Casa, Your Casa 2.0 - Boca Raton
Public Art at the Wildflower Park
Wildflower Park is a revitalized waterfront destination designed as a welcoming gathering place and community hub in the heart of Boca Raton.
As part of the City’s Centennial Legacy Project, Public Art Boca partnered with Creos to transform Mi Casa, Your Casa 2.0 into a permanent public installation. Created by artists Esrawe + Cadena and inspired by the convivial atmosphere of Latin American mercados, the artwork was customized in the City’s centennial colors.
The four sculptural structures—finished in yellow, pink, green, and blue—each feature a swing and continuous architectural lighting, creating an inviting space that remains vibrant day and night while serving as one of the park’s signature attractions.
The installation was specifically engineered for permanent integration, outstanding resistance to Florida’s coastal climate, and long-term durability under intensive public use.
