The Red Bull Music Academy – RBMA is a global music institution committed to fostering creativity in music. Begun in 1998, all around the world, the Academy has taken the core principles that underlie its annual workshop for selected participants and applied this curatorial approach to events, lectures, and city-wide festivals throughout the year.
Fall 2016, the RBMA occupied the historical premises of the PHI Center, located in the Old Montreal. The building was transformed in a complex of studios and common rooms by the firm of architects Zébulon Perron + Associés.
Within this project, the mandate of Creos with management production was consisting in :
- Conceptualize the implementation and meet all the technical and development needs
- Produce technical and layout drawings
- Produce and manage the production budget and timelines
- Choose and hire the workforce required for all technical and set-up needs
