2024 Recap : A Year of Connections and Remarkable Achievements

This year was yet another chapter of exceptional discoveries and meaningful encounters. We continued to push the boundaries of interactive art and placemaking, fostering lasting connections and bringing large-scale projects to life.

Always on the Move

In 2024, 12 original interactive installations were deployed across 54 events in 4 countries (Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia), spanning 3 continents. This resulted in 1,706 days of captivating activations in public spaces, delivering luminous and memorable experiences to countless communities.

Strategic Connections

City Nation Place Americas in Houston : At this flagship event for the placemaking and brandmaking industry, Alexandre Lemieux joined a panel with the Downtown Detroit Partnership to explore how interactive art revitalizes urban spaces and meaningfully engages citizens.

70th Annual International Downtown Association (IDA) Conference and Marketplace in Seattle : This year’s theme “Inspiring Innovation & Impact” encouraged leaders and public space managers to push the limits of urban transformation. Creos marked its 5th impactful presence within this vibrant community.

États Généraux du Management de Centre-Ville et du Commerce,  Albi, France : This was a valuable opportunity to present our approach to revitalizing downtown areas through interactive art. It also allowed us to discuss European urban realities and broaden our vision alongside renowned peers.

We were honored to host Australian artist Miles Dunne for a unique residency in collaboration with Creos and Init. This initiative embodies our commitment to supporting the ecosystem of our industry and promoting Quebec expertise on a global scale.
